There are 4 female characters in total in the story.
For their outfits the 3 starfleet members will wear the official uniforms of the films, namely skating plus boots without heels. I will send you attached photos of the outfits.
As for the antagonist, an all-black leather outfit would be perfect, like the one in "Secret Mission".
For the scenes:
the first "stifling":

The girl searches the complex for the origin of the distress signal but is attacked from behind by the aggressor who places his two hands on her mouth, preventing her from breathing.
she struggles with all her strength as long as to free herself but ends up succumbing.
Wanting to hide the inert body of the victim, the antagonist sees the second security officer approaching to arrive in his direction. She therefore decides to stay close to her area, observing the arrival of the 2nd woman.

For the second officer, she needs her alive to get the teleportation codes to get to the ship. suddenly she approaches the 3rd woman and places the swab soaked in chloroform on her face.
once awake she is questioned by her attacker to obtain the codes and she does not hesitate to use the hard way. Giving the codes to stop her suffering, she broke her neck and fell dead. Her aggressor steals her starfleet uniform and leaves her naked.
